Built by an agent who was tired of spreadsheets.
I'm Anthony Diaz, a Realtor at KW Coastal Estates in Monterey County, California.
For years, tracking my production meant a Google Spreadsheet, one of several I had scattered around my Drive. Every day I'd have to go hunting for the right one, then manually type in that day's calls, my weekly numbers, whatever else I was tracking that month. It became a scratchpad, not a system. I had data, but I never actually knew anything from it. Was I on pace? Improving or slipping? What actually needed work? The spreadsheet couldn't tell me. It just sat there, full of numbers with no story behind them.
DashTrackr started as the fix for that, built for myself, long before I thought about anyone else using it. I use it almost every day, logging calls as I make them, checking my weekly pace, seeing where my business actually stands instead of guessing. Every feature exists because I needed it while running my own business, not because it looked good on a roadmap.
I'm building this for agents who want the same thing I wanted: an honest, at-a-glance picture of their production, without losing a weekend rebuilding a spreadsheet, and without paying for a bloated CRM full of features they'll never touch. California-specific details, like BRBC tracking, aren't an afterthought, they're built in because I'm a California agent and this is the tool I use myself.
This is still evolving, and I'm actively building new features into it. If you're using DashTrackr and have ideas, feedback, or something that's missing, I want to hear it. This tool gets better because real agents are actually using it and telling me what works.
